REFUND POLICY
At Kulacan.com, we aim to provide the best service possible. In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at operations@kulacan.com.
CUSTOMER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
To maintain the highest product quality, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product was shipped in error by Kula. Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it remains in its original condition, a refund or exchange will be issued, minus the cost of shipping.
ORDERS OR PRODUCTS SHIPPED IN ERROR
If you receive a product or order that is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the heat seal intact. Kula will either cover the cost of returning the product via USPS Priority to issue a refund or ship the correct product at the customer's request.
ERRORS BY THIRD-PARTY SHIPPERS (USPS, FEDEX, UPS)
We take great care in packaging all orders to withstand shipping. However, we cannot control any issues that may arise with third-party shippers. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. All orders are tracked, and if we find that your order was never delivered, we will do our best to assist you in locating the "lost" order or sending a replacement.
